Performance Reporting & Analytics Analyst

You will be responsible for the execution and delivery of global performance reporting, analytics, and insights for various stakeholders. You will help to drive reporting strategy and works cross-functionally with global Category teams, operational units (OUs), and enterprise-functions, translating complex data challenges into actionable strategic insights to grow Haleon business.

The role is part of a small, high‑impact team which works as a trusted partner to Categories, OUs, Finance, HET. The role contributes to ensuring Haleon remains future‑fit, technology enabled, and insight‑anchored.

5+ years of demonstrable experience in business intelligence, or market data analysis within a global organization.

Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and familiarity with modern data technologies & reporting tools like Power BI.

Ability to clearly present complex data insights, generate and deliver actionable insights.

Experience in communication and messaging tailored to a senior audience, demonstrating the ability to convey clear story and influence.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and skilled in collaborating within fast-paced, matrixed organizations, building effective relationships and influencing decision-makers across diverse geographies and functions.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different functions and geographies, fostering a shared understanding.
