Sales & Commercial Excellence Intern

Support Sales and Commercial Excellence by improving the accuracy, consistency and business value of commercial reporting. The intern will organize and analyze sales and market data, support dashboards and performance reviews, and validate reported results through regular market exposure.

Sales and distribution dashboard support.

Sell-in, sell-out and stock reconciliation tracker.

Forecast accuracy tracker.

Data-quality and reporting improvement log.

Weekly commercial opportunity report.

Market data versus field reality validation.

Develop practical Excel, dashboard and data-management capability.

Build understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, stock, distribution and commercial performance.

Learn how to identify patterns and communicate decision-relevant insights.

Strengthen business storytelling, problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Minimum of 25 completed and documented market visits each week.

Accurate, complete and timely assigned reporting outputs.

Proactive identification and resolution of data-quality issues.

One concise weekly analysis highlighting gaps, opportunities and recommended actions.

Ownership of at least one reporting or process-improvement project.
