2X Crypto is a fast-growing digital asset and blockchain-focused company aiming to deliver innovative trading, investment, and Web3 solutions. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support and scale our day-to-day operations.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily business operations, improving internal processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. This role requires hands-on involvement in execution, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of crypto operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations across trading, marketing, and business development
• Support implementation of operational strategies and business processes
• Assist in overseeing crypto trading operations, liquidity flow, and risk monitoring
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and crypto regulations (KYC, AML)
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow and execution
• Optimize processes, systems, and operational efficiency
• Track and report KPIs, performance metrics, and operational data
• Manage relationships with vendors, exchanges, and partners
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for scalability
• Support leadership in execution of strategic initiatives

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in operations, preferably in crypto, fintech, or trading environments
• Good understanding of cryptocurrency markets, exchanges, and blockchain basics
• Experience in process optimization and operations management
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (KYC, AML)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with crypto exchanges or trading platforms
• Familiarity with Web3, DeFi, or token-based ecosystems
• Background in data tracking, reporting, or analytics tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
