Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance across categories and SKUs.
- Track inventory levels, sell-through rates, stock cover, and replenishment needs.
- Support demand forecasting using historical sales data and market trends.
- Assist with Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning and forecasting updates.
- Ensure optimal stock allocation and availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams on stock movements and replenishment.
- Track delayed deliveries and low-stock situations.
- Support promotional and markdown activities to achieve sales and margin targets.
- Conduct SKU-level assortment tracking and gap analysis.
- Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and E-Commerce Operations teams.
Requirements
- :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Planning, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Retail, or E-Commerce.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
- Knowledge of forecasting and inventory management.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
