Role Summary
Drive real-time engagement and community growth across Telegram, Discord, and social platforms. Act as the voice of the brand and first line of interaction with users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate Telegram & Discord communities (24/7 via shifts)
- Respond to user queries, feedback, and complaints in real time
- Escalate technical or trading issues to Operations/Support teams
- Execute community campaigns (AMA sessions, giveaways, announcements)
- Monitor sentiment and provide daily insights reports
- Identify and engage with influencers/KOLs in crypto space
- Enforce community guidelines and prevent spam/scams
KPIs
- Community growth rate
- Engagement rate (messages, reactions, participation)
- Response time
- User satisfaction / sentiment score
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English + Arabic (mandatory for MENA market)
- Deep understanding of crypto culture, memes, and narratives
- Experience managing Telegram/Discord communities
- Ability to handle high-pressure, real-time communication
