Key Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate
- Telegram & Discord communities (24/7 via shifts)
- Respond to user queries, feedback, and complaints in real time
- Escalate technical or trading issues to
- Operations/Support teams
- Execute
- community campaigns
- (AMA sessions, giveaways, announcements)
- Monitor sentiment and provide
- daily insights reports
- Identify and engage with
- influencers/KOLs in crypto space
- Enforce community guidelines and prevent spam/scams

- Community growth rate
- Engagement rate (messages, reactions, participation)
- Response time
- User satisfaction / sentiment score
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in
- English + Arabic (mandatory for MENA market)
- Deep understanding of
- crypto culture, memes, and narratives
- Experience managing Telegram/Discord communities
- Ability to handle
- high-pressure, real-time communication
