Acquisition
- Plan and run paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and Microsoft, optimizing for CAC.
- Grow SEO-driven and organic traffic with the editorial team.
- Test and scale new channels, audiences, and creative.
Conversion and retention
- Own and develop the conversion funnel.
- Partner with lifecycle and CRM teams on onboarding, engagement, and win-back journeys using first-party data.
- Improve trial-to-paid and free-to-paid conversion rates.
Analytics and reporting
- Own acquisition analytics for CAC, LTV, payback period, cohort analysis, and multi-touch attribution.
- Maintain accurate conversion tracking.
- Report MRR growth, funnel health, and channel efficiency to leadership and recommend budgets.
Qualifications and skills
- 3+ years in performance, growth, or acquisition marketing; subscription, media, or SaaS experience is ideal.
- Strong paid acquisition and SEO or organic growth experience.
- Fluency in CAC, LTV, cohorts, funnels, and churn; GA4 is essential.
- SQL or BigQuery is strongly preferred.
- Track record optimizing conversion funnels, paywalls, or registration flows.
- Commercial judgment focused on revenue and payback.
