SANZEN is looking for an

Ai Automation Specialist

to build practical, business-driven automation systems across departments.

This is not a theory role and it is not for someone who only knows prompts.

This role is for a builder.

You will be responsible for identifying manual inefficiencies, designing AI-powered workflows, integrating systems, and improving speed, control, and reporting across the business.

The right candidate thinks in logic, solves operational problems fast, and knows how to turn repetitive work into reliable automation.

Role Purpose

The AI Automation Specialist will support the business by designing, building, and improving automation workflows across HR, sales, marketing, admin, reporting, and internal operations.

This role requires someone who understands both technology and business process.

You must be able to work independently, think structurally, and build solutions that reduce manual work, improve visibility, and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify repetitive tasks, process gaps, and inefficiencies across departments
  • Build and manage AI-powered automations, workflow systems, and internal process logic
  • Connect tools, platforms, and data sources to improve coordination and reduce manual dependency
  • Develop automated trackers, dashboards, reports, forms, and approval workflows
  • Support automation across HR, recruitment, employee records, reporting, sales coordination, and admin operations
  • Use AI tools to improve internal productivity, document handling, communication flows, and data organisation
  • Work with department heads to gather requirements and turn them into practical solutions
  • Test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automation logic and system performance
  • Maintain proper documentation for each workflow, including ownership, logic, and business purpose
  • Recommend useful AI tools and automation opportunities based on real business value, not hype

Requirements

  • Proven experience in AI automation, workflow design, digital process improvement, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI-based workflows, Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Airtable, Notion, or equivalent platforms
  • Strong understanding of business operations and how to translate them into automated systems
  • Experience building process logic, integrations, templates, dashboards, or internal tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and improve existing workflows
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work across different departments
  • Experience in real estate, HR operations, sales operations, or UAE-based business environments is an advantage
