This role operates across the full property lifecycle — from booking to handover — ensuring that commercial commitments are protected and client expectations are managed at a senior level.
A Relationship Manager is accountable for sustaining high-value investor and buyer relationships while safeguarding the developer’s financial position through disciplined portfolio management.
Key responsibilities

- Managing strategic relationships with investors, end-users, and key brokerage partners
- Overseeing payment performance, receivables, and structured follow-ups on active portfolios
