- Contribute to the administration of performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support organizational development projects and cultural activities.
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team to implement HR best practices and foster a positive workplace environment.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for human resources and organizational culture.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
