Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced PDR Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing vehicle dents and dings using Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) techniques while preserving the vehicle’s original paint finish.
The candidate should have excellent attention to detail and be committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) on vehicles with minor to moderate dents and hail damage.
- Assess vehicle damage and determine the most appropriate repair method.
- Use specialized PDR tools and techniques to restore damaged panels.
- Maintain the original factory paint without the need for fillers or repainting.
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Inspect completed work to ensure a flawless finish.
- Keep tools and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PDR Technician.
- Strong knowledge of PDR tools and repair techniques.
- Ability to repair dents on steel and aluminum panels.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate if required.
P**referred Qualifications
- Experience working in automotive dealerships or collision repair centers.
- Certification in Paintless Dent Repair is an advantage.
- Experience repairing hail damage is a plus.
