Atlantic Group is a well-established automotive group in Dubai, specializing in vehicle sales, exports, rentals, logistics, and automotive services.
We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence, and we are looking for a motivated and organized **Sales Administrator** to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Department and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare quotations, sales invoices, delivery documents, and related sales documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales Consultants to track customer inquiries, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer documentation.
- Monitor and update vehicle inventory and coordinate with the Logistics Team regarding stock availability and transfers.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Logistics, Workshop, and Registration Teams to ensure timely vehicle preparation and delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, maintain filing systems, and support management with administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- **1–2 years of experience** in Sales Administration or Sales Coordination, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive sales documentation is an added advantage.
