Payroll and Benefits Specialist - London
Role Overview
SKIMS is looking for an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to own and manage the payroll function for our growing EMEA operation.
This is a hands-on, standalone role that sits at the heart of our People & Culture team.
The primary focus will be the UK — ensuring accurate, compliant and timely payroll delivery for our UK population — with the opportunity to support and shape our payroll approach as we expand into new EMEA markets over time.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable with the detail of day-to-day payroll processing and the broader thinking needed to help us build a scalable, compliant payroll function as we grow across Europe.
