Operation Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Forecast inbound and outbound volumes by sales channel and fulfillment location with cross-functional partners.
• Prepare invoices, KPIs, and supporting documents for monthly close reconciliation; work with Accounting and FP&A to validate monthly variances and trends.
• Track departmental costs, compare performance with budget, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze cost models, distribution-center capacity, and trends, translating findings into operational insights.
• Manage and report distribution-center SLA and capacity performance, and develop KPIs for daily tracking.
• Maintain internal rate-card and SOP documentation; escalate issues appropriately and contribute to a positive work environment.

Experience and education

• At least five consecutive years of experience in operations management, fulfillment, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience managing relationships with vendors, 3PLs, and dedicated warehouses.

Skills and tools

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Looker, Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite, and project management tools.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools; ability to develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills; ability to collaborate strategically and drive projects forward.
• Operational forecasting and budgeting experience is a plus; fashion company experience is also a plus.
