The paymaster works under the general guidance and supervision of the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities
- Verify, record, and prepare supplier payments, charging expenses to appropriate accounts under the Accounts manual.
- Carry out banking functions and administer the General Cashier fund in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process monthly payroll for all colleagues and maintain updated payroll records for each colleague.
Working requirements
- Follow company policies and procedures and the Accounts manual.
