Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop garment patterns based on sketches, design specifications, and sample garments.
• Prepare manual and digital patterns for production.
• Conduct pattern grading for different sizes.
• Work closely with designers, production teams, and tailors to ensure garment accuracy and fit.
• Participate in fittings and make necessary pattern adjustments.
• Develop prototypes and sample garments for approval.
• Ensure patterns meet quality, construction, and production requirements.
• Calculate fabric consumption and provide technical guidance to production teams.
• Maintain pattern records and technical documentation.
• Resolve fitting and construction issues during sample and production stages.
• Support continuous improvement of production efficiency and garment quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in the fashion, garment, or apparel industry.
• Experience in luxury fashion, couture, evening wear, bridal wear, or high-end ready-to-wear is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, and pattern grading.
• Ability to interpret design sketches and technical specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position based in Dubai Investment Park (DIP).
• Must be flexible to work overtime when required to meet production schedules and business demands.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fashion Design or Pattern Making certification.
• Experience using pattern-making software is an advantage.
• Experience working with luxury garments and premium fabrics.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
