Production Assistant - Industrial Experience is a must

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager with daily production and operational activities.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and follow up on pending tasks.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Update inventory, production, and logistics information in company systems.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and logistics activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support stock monitoring and inventory control activities.
• Track production progress and report any delays or operational issues.
• Organize and maintain production files, records, and documentation.
• Assist in implementing operational procedures and process improvements.
• Handle urgent assignments and administrative tasks as directed by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, industrial, or factory operations.
• Previous experience supporting production, operations, or logistics teams is required.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
• Good understanding of inventory, logistics, and production processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to handle urgent tasks efficiently.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position based in Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai.
• Must be willing to work overtime when required to meet operational and production deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the fashion, garment, apparel, manufacturing, or production industry is an advantage.
