Brand & Marketing Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role

Brand Management

• Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen OVO Luxury Signature's market position.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all online and offline channels.
• Manage brand guidelines, messaging, and visual presentation.
• Monitor brand performance and customer perception.

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

• Develop and implement annual and monthly marketing plans.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Manage seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand activations.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.

Digital Marketing

• Oversee social media marketing across all platforms.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns including Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.
• Work closely with content creators, designers, and external agencies.
• Improve website traffic, lead generation, and online sales performance.

E-Commerce & Customer Growth

• Support e-commerce growth initiatives and customer acquisition strategies.
• Monitor customer journey and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends.

Team Management

• Lead and manage the marketing team.
• Set KPIs and performance objectives for team members.
• Ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop marketing SOPs, workflows, and reporting systems.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Track KPIs including brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Present marketing performance updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management.
• Arabic language proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Experience in luxury fashion, retail, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, social media, and performance marketing.
• Experience managing marketing teams and external agencies.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in luxury fashion or premium retail brands.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and content strategy.
• Experience in customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools and marketing automation platforms.
