Overview

The Patient Concierge is responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment a patient enters the clinic until they complete their treatment journey.

Acting as the face of the clinic, the Patient Concierge provides a warm welcome, guides patients through their visit, coordinates with the reception, medical, and therapy teams, and ensures every patient receives personalized attention and five-star hospitality.

Key Responsibilitiespatient Experience & Hospitality

  • Welcome all patients and visitors upon arrival with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Create a luxury, five-star hospitality experience for all patients.
  • Escort patients through the clinic and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit.
  • Offer refreshments and assist with any special requests where appropriate.
  • Ensure waiting areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Patient Journey Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for patients during their clinic visit.
  • Monitor patient flow and ensure smooth movement between consultation rooms, treatment rooms, and reception.
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, nurses, and reception staff to minimize waiting times.
  • Keep patients informed of any delays and provide updates in a professional manner.
  • Ensure all patients understand the next steps in their treatment journey.

Coordination With Front Desk & Clinical Teams

  • Work closely with the reception team to manage patient arrivals and appointments.
  • Coordinate with medical and therapy teams regarding patient readiness and scheduling.
  • Assist in managing VIP patients and ensure their experience exceeds expectations.
  • Support the front desk during peak hours when required.

Patient Retention & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with patients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or messages to check on patient satisfaction after treatments.
  • Gather patient feedback and report concerns or improvement opportunities to management.
  • Encourage patient loyalty through exceptional service and personalized care.

Clinic Operations Support

  • Ensure patient records, forms, and documentation are directed to the appropriate departments when required.
  • Assist with special events, promotions, and VIP visits.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the clinic's brand image at all times.
  • Support management with patient experience initiatives and service improvements.
  • Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience

  • Patient Concierge: 2 years (Preferred)
