Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Monitor and manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift coverage.
- Liaise with clinical, reception, and management teams to ensure efficient workflow.
- Track and follow up on operational tasks, maintenance issues, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Support inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating orders.
- Assist with onboarding and training coordination for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, DHA regulations, and clinic procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers regarding operational requirements.
- Monitor key operational KPIs and prepare reports for management.
- Handle internal communications, announcements, and staff coordination.
- Support management with special projects, process improvements, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Operations Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a healthcare or clinic environment is preferred.
Reporting To:** Operations Manager
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
