Role Description
As a Pastry Chef at Pi Coffee, you will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastries and desserts, ensuring consistency with the company’s standards of excellence.
You will oversee daily pastry operations, maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, and contribute to menu development and innovation.
Your role
is essential in delivering an exceptional culinary experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- *** Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role in a reputable café, restaurant, or hotel
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert presentation
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and hygiene
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
- Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for pastry arts
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary or pastry certification is an advantage
- Locally available in Qatar (preferred)**
