About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership acquisition:
- Identify, approach, and secure lifestyle partners (such as cafes, gyms, studios, restaurants, coworking spaces)
- On-ground activation:
- Plan and execute simple activations (sampling/tasting)
- Pipeline & tracking:
- Build a target list, manage outreach, and share weekly updates with management on progress and results.
- Internal coordination:
- Work with sales & ops for stock/fridge installation and with marketing for assets & comms.
- 1 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with on-ground work and field visits
- Organized with strong tracking and reporting abilities
- Existing network in lifestyle, F&B, or fitness industries is a plus
- Passion for building brands and creating market buzz
