Local Partnerships Specialist (Qatarized)

University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) was officially established by the Emiri Decision No13 of 2022, and it is the first national university specializing in academic applied, technical, and professional education in the State of Qatar.

The selected candidate will coordinate technical and financial requirements and negotiate proposals to close new project opportunities. She/ He will Liase with the Legal Directorate to draft partnership agreements required for the signature and implementation of new projects. The successful candidate will contribute to the dissemination and sharing of best practices and lessons learned for planning and knowledge building within Local partnership development and provide regular feedback on existing systems, tools and resources to ensure its relevance to day-to-day operations. He/ she will Support the planning and delivery of visits and conferences held at the University in regard to successful partnerships and manage the delivery of professional services engagements through local partners. Also, will Follow up with potential donors to facilitate the donations process and maintain good professional networks. The selected candidate will Develop a comprehensive partnership development plan in line with UDST’s Strategic Plan and Local Strategies and Contribute to the identification, design, formulation and negotiation of new projects and programs and draft concept notes and project document briefs for discussion with partners. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required

Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Relevant Field

Fluency in written and spoken English language is required

Fluency in written and spoken Arabic is preferred
