The Partnerships Specialist manages and grows strategic partnerships, coordinates multiple initiatives, and serves as the main partner contact.
What you’ll do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships, serving as the main point of contact and driving partner engagement.
- Oversee multiple partnership initiatives and align timelines, deliverables, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and deepen collaboration.
- Represent Sarj professionally to partners and external stakeholders.
- Work with Commercial, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver partnership commitments.
- Track partnership performance, maintain accurate records, and report progress and outcomes.
- Establish clear processes, ownership, and follow-through for partnership management.
What they’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Native Arabic speaker with a Saudi dialect and professional English.
- Strong sales, relationship-management, communication, and negotiation skills, including a track record of growing existing partnerships.
- Highly organized and disciplined, able to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines using CRM or project-tracking tools.
- Professional and confident when representing the brand to partners and external stakeholders.
