The Agent Engineer Intern works with Operations, Engineering, and Product teams and engages directly with clients.
The role builds, deploys, and improves AI agents for real-world client problems.
Build and deliver
- Build proof-of-concept solutions for client use cases, from scoping through demo-ready delivery.
- Translate client needs into functional agent workflows on the platform.
- Own end-to-end agent implementation delivery, including timelines and outcomes.
- Update clients on progress and manage expectations.
Quality and improvement
- Review voice calls and chat transcripts for accuracy, tone, compliance, and customer experience.
- Score conversations using the QA rubric; log findings and flag errors, hallucinations, missed cues, and compliance issues.
- Identify recurring patterns and recommend prompt and workflow improvements.
- Share feedback for agent training and product updates; help refine the QA rubric and weekly quality reports.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate, university student requiring co-op training, or final-semester student able to commit to the internship, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in AI technologies and a basic understanding of software testing and QA concepts; programming or testing-tool familiarity is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; confidence working with clients.
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English; eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
