Agent Engineer role focused on designing, configuring, and improving Voice AI agents for client conversations.
Client-facing prompt engineering role with project ownership from discovery through go-live; works with Operations, Engineering, and Product teams.
Build and integrate
- Design and refine prompts and conversation flows for agent responses and complex requests.
- Integrate agents with client CRMs, booking tools, and ticketing systems using APIs and webhooks.
- Build proofs of concept from use-case scoping through demo-ready delivery.
- Test agent scenarios and edge cases before and after launch.
Own delivery and optimize
- Own client project scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes; lead requirements gathering, updates, and expectation management.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and flag risks early.
- Analyze calls and transcripts for errors, hallucinations, and recurring failures; use findings to improve prompts, flows, and integrations.
- Contribute to weekly quality reporting, quality standards, and product-roadmap feedback.
- Guide interns on prompting and delivery practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; up to 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English; excellent communication and confidence leading client conversations.
- Solid understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering; working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
- Python or JavaScript scripting experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to own and manage projects or deliverables.
