About the Role

We are seeking a driven Partnership Manager to identify, onboard, and grow high-value partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), CPA affiliates, PAMM/MAM managers, fund managers, and other strategic partners across the Forex and fintech ecosystem.

This role requires a well-connected professional who can leverage their network to deliver measurable growth and strengthen our presence across key markets. You will own the full partner lifecycle, from acquisition and negotiation to activation, growth, and retention, working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless and scalable partner experience. The role demands a blend of strategic thinking, sales drive, negotiation ability, and domain knowledge in Forex / CFDs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Forex and CFD markets.
  • Acquire, onboard, manage, and grow partnerships with IBs, CPA affiliates, PAMM/MAM managers, and fund managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners and clients aligned with company growth targets.
  • Negotiate and structure commercial terms (CPA, revenue share, hybrid models) to maximise ROI and long-term value.
  • Support partners through tailored marketing, enablement, and business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, compliance, product, and support) to ensure seamless partner onboarding and ongoing success.
  • Attend industry events, expos, and conferences to expand the company’s network and strengthen brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in the CFDs/Forex industry in a similar partnership or business development role.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Deep understanding of trading products, MT4/MT5 platforms, and partnership models.
  • Proficient in CRM tools ; ability to use data/analytics for decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving acquisition, volume, and revenue targets.
  • Proven experience working with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliate programs , or White-Label partners; existing networks/client base is a strong plus.
  • Multilingual proficiency and experience in emerging markets are strong advantages.
