About The Role

We’re looking for a driven Partnership Manager to build and grow strategic relationships in the fast-paced world of forex and fintech.

You’ll play a key role in expanding our global network, managing affiliates and IBs, and driving new business opportunities, you will drive growth by acquiring new clients/partners and expanding existing ones in the Forex / FX‑related segments.

You will manage partner relationships (e.g.

Introducing Brokers, Affiliates), identify market opportunities, provide strategic input, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver growth.

The role demands a blend of strategic thinking, sales drive, negotiation ability, and domain knowledge in Forex / CFDs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Forex and CFD markets.
  • Develop and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers, Affiliates, and institutional partners.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals to meet or exceed sales KPIs.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners and clients aligned with company growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools; ability to use data / analytics for decision‑making.
  • Proven experience working with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliate programs, or White‑Label partners; existing networks / client base is a strong plus.
