Role Overview
Embrace is seeking a Partnerships Manager, to be high-impact, hands-on, responsible for growing new business for Embrace via affinity partners by owning key relationships and executing lead-generation initiatives.
This role is designed for someone who can operate independently in partner discussions, make sound decisions, and move opportunities forward, but who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to build partner-facing materials from disparate data points across Embrace and drive cross-functional execution.
While supported by a Specialist for coordination and process management, this individual remains deeply involved in the work and is accountable for outcomes end-to-end.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or management consulting with extensive client-facing experience
- Demonstrated success owning deals and/or partnerships end-to-end
- Experience building presentations, business cases, and client-facing materials
- Background in / knowledge of insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries preferred
- Skilled in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI are important parts of the role
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events
- Comfortable operating with autonomy while also contributing as a hands-on team member
- Excels at prioritization and managing multiple initiatives at once
- Compensation:
- National base pay range: $112,522 - $140,653 per year. This is the range we reasonably expect to pay at hire. Placement within the range depends on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and certifications. This position is not eligible for bonus or incentive pay. Base pay is one part of a total rewards package that includes the benefits listed below.
