We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Specialist to expand our homecare services across Qatar.
This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong institutional relationships, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, schools, NGOs, and government entities
- Generate new business opportunities for nursing and caregiver services
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Conduct regular field visits to medical centers, schools, and institutions
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers (HR, procurement, administration)
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and networking events
- Monitor and apply for relevant government and institutional tenders
- Prepare proposals, documentation, and ensure compliance with requirements
- Coordinate internally with operations and management for pricing and service delivery plans
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or healthcare marketing
- Knowledge of homecare services or the healthcare sector is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and close deals
- Valid Qatar residency (must be based in Doha)
- NOC (No Objection Certificate) required for transfer
- Age limit: Up to 35 years
Preferred Skills
- Existing network within hospitals, clinics, schools, or government entities in Qatar
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Results-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills

- نبحث عن أخصائي/أخصائية تطوير أعمال يتمتع بروح المبادرة والتركيز على النتائج، للعمل على توسيع خدمات الرعاية المنزلية في قطر من خلال استقطاب فرص جديدة وبناء شراكات استراتيجية مع الجهات المختلفة.
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تحديد والتواصل مع المستشفيات والعيادات والمدارس والمنظمات غير الحكومية والجهات الحكومية
- استقطاب فرص عمل جديدة لخدمات التمريض ومقدمي الرعاية
- بناء وإدارة قاعدة عملاء محتملين (Pipeline)
- القيام بزيارات ميدانية منتظمة للمراكز الطبية والمدارس والمؤسسات
- بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع صناع القرار (الموارد البشرية، المشتريات، الإدارة)
- تمثيل الشركة بشكل احترافي في الاجتماعات والعروض التقديمية
- متابعة والتقديم على المناقصات الحكومية والمؤسسية
- إعداد العروض الفنية والمالية والالتزام بمتطلبات التقديم
- التنسيق الداخلي مع الفرق المختصة لتحديد الأسعار وخطط تقديم الخدمة
- المتطلبات:
- خبرة سابقة في تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات أو التسويق في المجال الصحي
- معرفة بقطاع الرعاية المنزلية أو القطاع الصحي (ميزة إضافية)
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وعرض قوية
- القدرة على بناء العلاقات وإغلاق الصفقات
- الإقامة في قطر (الدوحة)
- توفر NOC لنقل الكفالة
- العمر حتى 35 سنة
- المهارات المفضلة:
- علاقات سابقة مع المستشفيات أو العيادات أو المدارس أو الجهات الحكومية في قطر
- مهارات قوية في بناء العلاقات المهنية
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة عدة حسابات
- عقلية موجهة نحو تحقيق النتائج والمتابعة المستمرة

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
