The Partner will play a central role in shaping Moore JFC’s M&A strategy, strengthening the firm’s market presence, and contributing materially to the growth of the broader Corporate Finance and Deal Advisory practice.

Practice Leadership & Strategy

· Lead and grow Moore JFC’s M&A advisory offering within the Corporate Finance practice in Dubai and the wider region.

· Contribute to setting the strategic direction of the M&A practice, including sector focus, service offerings, and go‑to‑market approach.

· Work closely with other partners to build an integrated and scalable deal advisory platform.

Business Development & Origination

· Originate and lead buy‑side, sell‑side, and strategic advisory mandates across a range of sectors.

· Build deep, senior‑level relationships with business owners, boards, family offices, private equity funds, and corporate clients.

· Develop a strong regional ecosystem with private equity firms, sovereign and quasi‑sovereign entities, lawyers, banks, and intermediaries.

· Actively contribute to Moore JFC’s market profile through thought leadership, client engagement, and deal origination initiatives.

Transaction Advisory & Execution

  • · Lead end‑to‑end execution of M&A transactions, including:
  • Strategic and financial advisory
  • Deal structuring and negotiation support
  • Valuation, due diligence coordination, and transaction documentation support
  • · Advise clients on complex transactions involving cross‑border elements, shareholder dynamics, and family‑owned businesses.
  • · Support clients across the full deal cycle, from initial strategy through to transaction completion and post‑deal considerations.

Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management

· Serve as a trusted advisor to boards, founders, and senior management teams.

· Provide commercially focused, practical advice aligned with clients’ strategic objectives.

· Manage senior stakeholders and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

People Leadership & Talent Development

· Lead, mentor, and develop senior team members within the M&A and Corporate Finance practice.

· Support recruitment of high‑quality talent and development of future leaders.

· Foster a collaborative, performance‑driven culture with a strong emphasis on quality and client service.

Commercial Accountability & Performance Expectations

As a Partner, the role carries full commercial accountability and is expected to make a significant contribution to the firm’s revenue growth and profitability.

This includes:

· Building and sustaining a robust origination pipeline for M&A and strategic advisory engagements.

· Demonstrating consistent growth in personal and practice‑level revenues through new client development and repeat mandates.

· Delivering profitable, well‑governed engagements while maintaining strong risk management and quality standards.

· Driving cross‑selling opportunities across valuation, transaction services, restructuring, IPO advisory, and broader deal advisory capabilities.

· Contributing actively to Moore JFC’s brand, market profile, and long‑term growth of the Corporate Finance practice.

Experience & Background

· Extensive senior‑level experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.

· Partner or Director‑level experience from a Big 4 firm, leading advisory firm, investment bank, or boutique M&A advisor.

· Strong track record in originating and executing mid‑market and large M&A transactions.

· Solid understanding of regional deal dynamics, particularly within the UAE and broader GCC.

Core Attributes

· Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable origination mindset.

· Established market credibility and professional network.

· Ability to advise boards and senior executives with confidence and pragmatism.

· Collaborative leader with a focus on team development and practice building.

Why Moore JFC

  • · Opportunity to build and shape a growing M&A platform within a high‑ambition Corporate Finance practice.

  • · Strong regional presence and integrated deal advisory offering.
  • · Platform to work on diverse, high‑impact transactions across sectors and geographies.
