Partner Experience Specialist

If You’ve Got It - We Want It

• Proven ownership in Partner Programs, Enablement, or Marketing in the data security and IT spaces
• Demonstrated innovation, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Salesforce and PRM’s and/or other similar systems
• Experience in aligning global partner strategy with legal and operations compliance and policy
• 3-5 years experience in partner operations, partner programs, or partner marketing
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan
• Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment
• BA/BS degree, MBA or Masters degree from a top university a plus

• The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission). For all other roles, employees are eligible to participate in the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program. • Base Salary Range$95,000—$148,000 USD
