Part-time HR support role covering core HR administration and day-to-day people operations across Mainland and ADGM entities.
Works with leadership to maintain HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle support as the business grows.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, contracts, letters, amendments, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding; track probation periods, contract renewals, and lifecycle milestones.
- Maintain HRIS records, leave balances, attendance, absence data, organizational information, and HR reports; support employee system questions and access.
- Coordinate quarterly performance reviews, probation reviews, feedback cycles, and development actions.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance to support payroll processing.
- Monitor employee documentation expiry dates and support compliance, audits, and reviews.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of UAE HR administration or HR operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland Labour Law and familiarity with ADGM employment regulations.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, employee documentation, contracts, onboarding, and payroll coordination.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and Google Workspace proficiency.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, retail, or another service-based business is a plus.
Position details
- Part-time position for 20 hours per week, with the option to become 40 hours full-time.
- Position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
