About The Role
Front of House Host role for Bodytree Studio's new Reformer Pilates location at Galleria Mall in Abu Dhabi.
The role owns the client welcome, trial-to-membership conversion, studio presentation, client communication, wellness bar, and daily class flow.
The host will work closely with instructors and report to the Studio Manager as part of the founding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, manage check-in, orient first-timers, and create a calm, confident, premium experience.
- Convert enquiries, walk-ins, and intro offers into memberships and packages while meeting sales targets.
- Upsell retail and wellness bar items and follow up on leads.
- Keep reformers, towels, amenities, changing rooms, and reception areas clean and ready between classes.
- Respond to phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media enquiries and manage bookings, waitlists, cancellations, and membership administration.
- Prepare and serve coffee and smoothies while maintaining wellness bar hygiene, presentation, and stock levels.
- Keep classes on schedule, manage late arrivals, support instructors, and resolve routine studio issues.
- Report maintenance issues before clients notice them.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 1 year of hospitality, retail, fitness, or wellness front-of-house experience.
- Comfort with selling memberships and being measured on conversion and sales targets.
- Punctual, reliable, consistent, detail-oriented, and able to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Warm, positive, calm under pressure, commercially confident, and able to take ownership of the studio.
- Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Confidence with MarianaTek, Mindbody, or similar booking and CRM platforms.
- Previous barista experience is a significant plus, and the employer is willing to train the right person.
