The company is expanding, including a second studio at The Galleria.
About the role
Create content across two studios by capturing classes, instructors, clients, and spaces and turning the material into reels, stories, posts, captions, and designed assets.
Work to shot lists and brand guidelines, report to the Brand & Marketing Manager, and collaborate with a freelance videographer on campaign shoots.
The role involves early-morning classes, occasional weekends, launch days, and movement between Al Manhal and The Galleria Mall.
Key responsibilities
- Shoot photo and video in both studios to weekly shot lists.
- Edit and publish reels, stories, and grid posts; write brand-voice captions and follow the posting calendar.
- Maintain Canva templates for social, email, in-studio screens, events, and signage.
- Work with the manager and videographer on visual style, shot lists, and the reusable asset library.
- Produce promotion and collateral for workshops, community events, launches, collaborations, and in-studio client-journey needs.
- Collect reviews, testimonials, and user content, and identify community responses.
- Prepare and support campaign shoots, including props, talent, locations, raw files, and selects.
What we are looking for
- 2–4 years producing content for a consumer or personal brand; relevant sectors include fitness, wellness, hospitality, fashion, and food and beverage.
- Portfolio of reels and grids personally shot, edited, and captioned.
- Ability to shoot on phone and mirrorless camera; edit in CapCut or Premiere, grade in Lightroom, and design in Canva.
- Able to publish a class reel the same day and keep a content calendar independently.
- Good English caption writing; Arabic is a plus.
- Use AI tools for captions, variations, and edits; assets featuring instructors and clients must remain real, and AI-assisted assets require approval before publication.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
What the company offers
- Competitive compensation, employment visa sponsorship, and medical insurance according to company policy.
- Opportunity to contribute to the growth of the studio and develop alongside its expansion.
Application process
- Apply with a CV and a link to a self-produced grid or reels; shortlisted candidates complete a paid one-week production trial in the studio.
