Join the legal team as a paralegal supporting a portfolio of strategic infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Support corporate governance and reporting across holding, project, and operating companies.
- Assist with preparing and reviewing NDAs, engagement letters, consultancy agreements, and corporate resolutions.
- Maintain legal entity records, contract repositories, and governance trackers.
- Support legal reporting, committee activities, and compliance initiatives.
- Assist legal counsel and external advisors with project transactions and financial close activities.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 2–4 years of experience as a paralegal in-house or within a reputable law firm.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
