The employer seeks a skilled, detail-oriented, experienced Painter for its Engineering team in a luxury hospitality environment.
The role is intended to maintain high standards of property appearance.
Requirements
- Previous Painter experience is required; hospitality-industry experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing work is required.
- Experience in wall painting, wallpaper application, polishing, and decorative finishes is required.
- Understanding of painting materials, tools, and safety procedures is required.
- The candidate should work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out painting, touch-ups, and finishing work in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Prepare surfaces through sanding, filling, plastering, and priming before painting.
- Maintain walls, ceilings, doors, furniture, and other painted surfaces.
- Conduct regular inspections and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Handle painting materials, tools, and equipment properly while following safety standards.
