Seeking a passionate, energetic, service-oriented Head Waitress for a Food & Beverage team in a luxury hospitality environment.
The role is based in a vibrant bar and pub environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Head Waitress or Senior Waitress in a busy bar, pub, or upscale hospitality venue.
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and food service.
- Excellent leadership, guest engagement, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume operations while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Previous Marriott brand experience is an advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily bar and pub service operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Maintain high standards of beverage service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
- Support upselling initiatives and ensure compliance with hygiene and service standards.
