This is an interview position responsible for pickup, delivery, warehouse, and ramp operations within a station service area.
The role is intended to achieve maximum service objectives across assigned operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and control pickup and delivery operations within the station service area.
- Supervise, coordinate, and control warehouse operations to achieve maximum service objectives.
- Supervise, coordinate, and control ramp operations to achieve maximum service objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned and complete mandatory testing, training, and applicable recurrence requirements.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Four years of business experience; the posting also references four years of FedEx or industry experience.
- Two years of transportation, logistics, or related service industry experience is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Current FedEx management membership or LEAP/EXCEL endorsement.
- Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 pounds with appropriate equipment.
- Ability to operate in a PC Windows environment and work varying shifts based on business needs.
- Quebec residents must be bilingual in French and English.
Work Requirements
- The role involves station, warehouse, ramp, and service-area operations.
- Driving is a core competency and requires a qualifying driver's record.
