Assistant Recreation Manager
to support and oversee recreational operations within a prestigious
5-star luxury property in Dubai
.
This role is ideal for a proactive hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences across
Kids Club, Gym, and Pool facilities
.
The position will
directly report to the Assistant Director of Club
.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and execution of
- daily recreation operations
- , including Kids Club, gym, and pool areas
- Ensure consistent delivery of
- luxury service standards
- across all recreational facilities
- Train, mentor, and develop the recreation team to maintain
- high performance and engagement
- Oversee scheduling, team allocation, and operational efficiency within all recreation outlets
- Ensure strict compliance with
- health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Drive
- guest satisfaction and engagement
- through innovative recreational activities and programs
- Monitor facility conditions, coordinating maintenance and upkeep where required
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in planning and executing
- events, seasonal activities, and guest experiences
- Support revenue opportunities through
- program development and guest participation initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum
- 3ā5 years of experience
- in recreation, leisure, or hospitality operations, with supervisory exposure
- Strong understanding of
- Kids Club, gym, and pool operations
- within a luxury hospitality environment
- Proven ability to
- lead, train, and manage multicultural teams
- Strong organizational and operational management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Energetic, approachable, and
- guest-service oriented personality
- Ability to thrive in a
- fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Work Schedule

shift-based schedule
