Assistant Recreation Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Assistant Recreation Manager

to support and oversee recreational operations within a prestigious

5-star luxury property in Dubai

.

This role is ideal for a proactive hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences across

Kids Club, Gym, and Pool facilities

.

The position will

directly report to the Assistant Director of Club

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management and execution of
  • daily recreation operations
  • , including Kids Club, gym, and pool areas
  • Ensure consistent delivery of
  • luxury service standards
  • across all recreational facilities
  • Train, mentor, and develop the recreation team to maintain
  • high performance and engagement
  • Oversee scheduling, team allocation, and operational efficiency within all recreation outlets
  • Ensure strict compliance with
  • health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Drive
  • guest satisfaction and engagement
  • through innovative recreational activities and programs
  • Monitor facility conditions, coordinating maintenance and upkeep where required
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in planning and executing
  • events, seasonal activities, and guest experiences
  • Support revenue opportunities through
  • program development and guest participation initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum
  • 3–5 years of experience
  • in recreation, leisure, or hospitality operations, with supervisory exposure
  • Strong understanding of
  • Kids Club, gym, and pool operations
  • within a luxury hospitality environment
  • Proven ability to
  • lead, train, and manage multicultural teams
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Energetic, approachable, and
  • guest-service oriented personality
  • Ability to thrive in a
  • fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
