Role Overview
Responsible for identifying, screening, and negotiating partnerships with KOL resources in overseas markets.
Develop KOL marketing strategies and plans for the Saudi market and execute paid collaborations on social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate brand positioning with the cultural characteristics of target markets to plan creative marketing content and communication proposals.
- Oversee the full process of KOL content production, publishing schedules, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of KOL marketing campaigns and track campaign data such as engagement rate and conversion rate.
- Deliver strategy optimization plans and iterate marketing methodologies.
- Collaborate with product, media buying, and design teams to ensure content output is highly aligned with brand tone.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 4+ years of overseas KOL marketing experience.
- Familiar with the platform ecosystems of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
- Strong localization insight and deep understanding of local culture, trends, and the social media ecosystem; able to quickly capture hot topics and integrate them into content.
- Prior local marketing experience is preferred.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills; able to drive project planning and execution.
- English can be used as a working language.
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
