Outsourcing Manager (Wealth & Trading)

Role overview

What you’ll do

• Manage outsourcing and third-party risk activities, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and continuous vendor monitoring.
• Implement the outsourcing and third-party risk policy and operating model for supply chain and outsourcing management.
• Control internal governance approvals for outsourcing changes and other vendor-lifecycle activities.
• Guide staff on third-party risk procedures, risk assessments, and ongoing accountability.
• Ensure compliance with PRA guidance on outsourcing arrangements, including operational resilience.
• Prepare regular senior-management reports on activity status, risks, compliance, and performance metrics.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration, or economics.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, outsourcing, or third-party risk management.
• Knowledge of outsourcing and business-resilience regulation and how it applies to retail financial services.
• Experience developing service-management and monitoring processes and conducting ongoing outsourcing risk assessments.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• A risk management qualification.
• Executive- and Board-level interaction experience, industry stakeholder connections, and relevant financial-services experience.

Compensation

• For Poland, the stated compensation range is PLN 19,100–25,000 gross monthly.
• For other locations, compensation is discussed during the interview process and depends on qualifications, skills, and experience.
