Outlet operations and service
- Coordinate staff teamwork to ensure effective service and meet guest needs.
- Inspect staff grooming and attire and correct deficiencies.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing doors.
- Inspect storage for organization, FIFO use, and cleanliness; complete inventories and requisition supplies.
- Monitor dining areas for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being.
- Complete maintenance work orders.
Staff, guest, and safety responsibilities
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
- Act as a role model and first point of contact for the fair-treatment and open-door process.
- Follow company, safety, and security policies; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance, protect confidential information and company assets, and welcome and assist guests.
- Communicate professionally, build positive working relationships, and support shared team goals.
- Maintain quality standards and identify or implement ways to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, or cost savings.
- Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
Preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- At least 2 years of related work experience is preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience is preferred.
- No license or certification is listed.
Physical demands
- The role involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking; handling objects up to 50 pounds without assistance; and moving through confined, elevated, or stair-accessed areas.
- The role also requires reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, and visually inspecting information, tools, and equipment.
