- تنفيذ المبيعات
- الترويج وبيع منتجات الأقمشة للعملاء (B2B) المخصصين.
- المساعدة في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات التي يحددها مشرف المبيعات.
- متابعة استفسارات العملاء والطلبات وتسليمها.
- تحديد واستغلال فرص زيادة المبيعات ضمن محفظة العملاء المخصصة.
- توزيع ومتابعة الكتالوجات
- توزيع الكتالوجات على العملاء وضمان استخدامها بشكل فعّال.
- متابعة مبيعات الكتالوجات وإبلاغ مشرف المبيعات بأدائها.
- دعم الجهود الترويجية من خلال ضمان حصول العملاء على كتالوجات ومواد محدثة.
- نقل الكتالوجات بين العملاء بناء علي مستويات البيع وإبلاغ المشرف
- تنسيق المرتجعات
- التحكم في مستويات المرتجعات الخاصة بعملاؤه بما يتماشي مع سياسة الشركة
- التعامل مع طلبات العملاء للمرتجعات وفقًا لسياسة الشركة.
- التنسيق مع المستودع ومشرف المبيعات لضمان الإدارة الصحيحة للعناصر المرتجعة.
- توثيق وتتبع معاملات المبالغ المستردة وإبلاغ مشرف المبيعات بشكل منتظم.
- دعم علاقات العملاء
- الحفاظ على الاتصال المنتظم مع العملاء لفهم احتياجاتهم وحل أي مشاكل.
- تقديم ملاحظات فورية لمشرف المبيعات حول متطلبات العملاء واهتماماتهم.
- ضمان تجربة إيجابية للعملاء من خلال الرد على استفساراتهم بشكل مهني.
