Key Responsibilities
Generate new home and business service connections for Client's Telecom Partner.
Identify, approach, and engage potential customers through outdoor sales activities.
Present and explain telecom products and services effectively to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
Upsell and cross-sell telecom products and services to existing customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, visits, and emails.
Qualify leads and manage the complete sales cycle, including face-to-face meetings and customer follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Requirements
1–2 years of outdoor or field sales experience.
Telecom sales experience is preferred, particularly with any telecom or their channel partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service orientation and sales acumen.
