We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, managing sales inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach prospective B2B clients through market visits, networking, and business development activities.

Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.

Conduct outdoor sales visits to meet potential and existing clients.

Follow up on inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Prepare and submit quotations based on customer requirements.

Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining profitability targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Collect signed invoices and maintain proper sales documentation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Strong passion for sales, business development, networking, and building professional relationships.

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.

Experience

in trading, industrial, construction, or related sectors will be an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication.

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
