We are looking for a **Quality Controller** to ensure that all vehicles serviced in our Car Care Department meet the highest standards of detailing, cleaning, and finishing.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of automotive aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles after car wash, polishing, interior cleaning, tinting, PPF, ceramic coating, and other detailing services.
- Ensure all services are completed to company standards before vehicle delivery to the customer.
- Identify any defects, missed spots, or unsatisfactory work and coordinate rework with the detailing team.
- Maintain documentation and reports on service quality and customer complaints.
- Provide feedback and training to staff to improve service quality.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and order in the detailing area.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of detailing materials and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in car care, detailing, or automotive quality inspection.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for vehicle aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of car detailing chemicals, tools, and techniques.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
