Vega Leader, an authorized Virgin Mobile partner, is seeking a motivated, results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative with B2B and B2C sales experience.
The role focuses on direct outdoor sales, new business, customer relationships, product promotion, and sales targets.
B2B sales responsibilities
- Identify and approach retailers, wholesalers, corporate clients, and commercial partners.
- Generate B2B leads through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain business client relationships; understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms, close deals, and develop repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Monitor market activity and identify new sales opportunities.
B2C sales responsibilities
- Promote and sell products and services directly to individual customers.
- Approach and engage customers in outdoor locations and partner stores.
- Understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and follow up to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets; provide professional customer service and handle inquiries.
Requirements
- Previous B2B and/or B2C sales experience; minimum one year is preferred.
- Outdoor or field sales experience is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, closing, lead-generation, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively; professional appearance and attitude.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai market is an advantage.
- Own visa is mandatory.
Pay
- AED 3,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person; outdoor and field sales activities are central to the role.
