About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven **Sales Executive** to promote and sell our professional translation service.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets across corporate, legal, educational, medical, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for translation services.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and client meetings to generate leads and sales.
  • Promote translation, legal translation, interpretation, attestation-related translation, and localisation services.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the operations and translation teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to generate new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum **1–3 years of sales experience**, preferably in translation, business services, consultancy, attestation, immigration, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
  • Experience in lead generation and closing sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
