Job Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on corporate, commercial, labor, and contract law matters.
- Draft, review, and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Assist clients with compliance to laws, regulations, and business practices.
- Represent clients in legal negotiations, consultations, and official communications when required.
- Conduct legal research to stay updated with the latest laws, regulations, and judicial precedents in Saudi Arabia.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in legal consultancy, preferably in Saudi or GCC.
- Must be well-versed in **Arabic** (written & spoken).
- Knowledge of **Hindi or Malayalam** is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi business laws, labor law, and corporate legal practices.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with multicultural clients and handle complex legal queries.
