The ideal candidate will have an established network of contractors, consultants, builders, and project stakeholders, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in
- building materials sales in the UAE
- .
- Strong knowledge of the UAE construction and building materials industry.
- Existing relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and project procurement teams.
- Valid
UAE Driving License
- (mandatory).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel and work in
- any emirate across the UAE

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular client visits and project follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.
